SAPzen So what about customers who have various data sources, a mix of SAP and non-SAP data sources in particular? Which tool to use? Seems Xcelsius is the only option then, or of course WebIntelligence , which can deliver dashboards up to a certain point as well.

If the future is indeed SAPzen (as it seems to me so far) does SAPzen involve a lot of (mundane, boring) coding, or does the tool focus on ease of use for the dashboard designer? I intentionally do not use the word "developer" = coder here!

I still have the (bad) feeling that Xcelsius is the new Deski..
